Customer satisfaction is VERY important for us. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify me within 7 days aftr you receive the item, and I’ll try to resolve the problem. Everyone can make mistakes and if the mistake is ours, we will refund your shipping cost to send the package back to us and correct the mistake.

If the problem cannot be resolved, I accept returns under limited circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. What if my piece of jewelry breaks?
